CAN I PICK UP AT YOUR LOCATION?
Sorry, we currently do not offer a pick up option. When this changes we will post on our social media accounts and on our website.
If you know of a place where we can set up for a few hours each week in order to facilitate pick-ups we are more than happy to work with you. Some places could be your work parking lot (with permission of your employer) or a church or community center parking lot (with permission of the church or community center). Use the Contact Us Form to let us know of a possible location.
DO I HAVE TO BE HOME FOR DELIVERY?
No, however, we are not responsible for any damaged or stolen orders because you weren’t home to receive your delivery. Your order will be delivered in a white bakery box, or a white paper bag which can be easily accessed by ants and other insects. And the delicious aroma is sure to attract neighborhood pets or wildlife. Also remember that our weather in South Florida is unpredictable and it can change from sunny to rainy or from a cool day to a very hot day within hours, and your delivery could be damaged by said weather. Now if you are willing to accept the above risks we will leave your order at your door. We are not responsible for orders that are delivered to the accurate address but are stolen or damaged due to no one being available to receive the delivery.
If you live in a building or community that requires access for the driver to get in, you MUST be home for delivery or you MUST leave authorization for our entry. We are not responsible for orders that are attempted to be delivered to the accurate address but we were not able to deliver due to inability to access your community/building.
Our drivers photograph where each box is left so we can ensure accurate delivery if you are not home at the time of delivery. If the box was delivered to your requested address and was then damaged/stolen, Veg My Dish is not responsible. Please be sure to specify your delivery instructions (access codes, location to leave the box in case you aren’t home, etc) in your cart notes.
I ALREADY ORDERED. CAN I ADD ON TO MY ORDER?
We may be able to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee it, as we begin the purchasing of fresh ingredients two days before your delivery day; to assure we have only what we need for the orders placed. This is to ensure the freshness of the products and the least amount of waste possible.

I NEED TO CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS.
If something comes up and you need to change your delivery address, we are more than happy to help you. As long as the new address falls under our delivery area, keep in mind, different zip codes could affect your deliver day.
Please call us at (305) 771-3605 and we’ll make the switch. Address changes MUST be submitted no later than noon (12 pm) the day before your scheduled delivery.
I CAN’T LOG IN TO MY ACCOUNT.
We’ve found that when clients cannot log in to their accounts, it is usually because they forgot to confirm the account via the link sent to their email. Check your junk or spam folder to see if you received a confirmation. If you are still having trouble login in please CONTACT US so we can resolve the issue. Remember you can always check out as a guest.

We understand that sometimes things can come up without notice.
Canceled orders will receive a credit that can be used for a future purchase (valid for 3 months from the time you originally placed your order and to be used all at once). Please notify us immediately of your need to cancel by calling (305) 771-3605 during our business hours, 10 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday or text us after hours, we will get back to you as soon as possible.
